Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica
February 16-March 1, 2012
After many weeks on the move through Costa Rica and Panama, buses and plane rides, we thought it would be nice to stay in one spot for a little while and get our bearings. We headed back to Costa Rica and chose Manuel Antonio since it was near several towns and is home to Manuel Antonio National Park.
Our Accommodations - La Palmas
We found a good little A-frame bungalow rental in a complex called Las Palmas. It had a great location right in-between the town of Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park with only a 10 minute bus ride to either place. The complex also had a sparkling pool among beautiful jungle grounds which made for a fantastic place to relax. There was lots of monkey's that we saw almost everyday on the property and we even saw toucans!

Manuel Antonio National Park
This was a spectacular beach! The water was so clear and perfectly warm and the sand was so soft. We swam here all day just bobbing in the water and enjoying the beauty around us. We had lots of white faced monkey's around us especially when having lunch.
