Antigua, Guatemala
January 3-6, 2012
Antigua is a city in the central highlands of Guatemala famous for its well-preserved Spanish Baroque influenced architecture as well as a number of spectacular ruins of colonial churches and a famous coffee growing region. Its is a very beautiful city with cobblestone streets and many colorful old buildings. Its the kind of place that is stunning around every corner. A wonderful end to our Guatemala adventure.
Our Accommodations - Yellow House Hostel
We heard really good things about this centrally located hostel called Yellow House. It was really busy when we arrived so we were lucky to get a room which included a large yummy breakfast and had a great lounge area on the roof top to swing in a hammock. Just perfect!
